Change is possible, even if it feels difficult

Individual therapy for deeper understanding

For adults wanting to better understand themselves, their patterns, and their relationships

You might be able to see what’s happening, yet you find yourself in the same place

When stress, grief, life transitions, or questions around self-worth keep coming up, therapy can help if you’re feeling:

• overwhelmed or emotionally reactive
• anxious, depressed, or disconnected
• stuck in repeating patterns
• fear of abandonment or closeness
• difficulty trusting yourself or others

Individual therapy helps you understand what’s happening beneath the surface so you can begin to shift those patterns.

Trauma therapy for nervous system regulation

Our work together may include somatic therapy approaches such as Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), EMDR, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. These therapies support trauma processing in a way that is gradual, grounded, and attuned to your nervous system.

How we work together

Relational and psychodynamic therapy

We look at how your past experiences and relationships shape your present. Through reflection, you may begin to notice what keeps repeating and create space to shift what no longer feels supportive.

Nervous system and emotional regulation

Together, we can build a greater sense of grounding and emotional capacity, so you can begin to stay with your emotions without becoming overwhelmed.

Somatic therapy and parts work

Get to know different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). Over time, you may notice less tension and a greater sense of ease within yourself.

Attachment-based therapy

Connect more deeply with your emotions and begin to understand your attachment needs. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) supports you in becoming more aware of your emotional experiences, expressing your needs more clearly.
