Alycia Wilson, MA, Registered Psychotherapist

Build a healthier relationship with yourself and others

I’m a psychotherapist in Toronto offering support to individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. My work blends somatic awareness, relational therapy, and psychodynamic insight to help you understand not just what you feel, but why.

In therapy, we explore the patterns, often unconscious, that shape how you show up in relationships. As you reconnect with your needs, you gain the capacity to create relationships that feel safer, more connected, and more aligned with who you are.

Why I do this work

At 33, I was diagnosed with cancer, a turning point that changed the course of my life. At the time, I had been working in various leadership roles within corporate settings, but felt disconnected from a sense of purpose. I realized the life I had built no longer felt like mine.

Through that period of reflection, my sense of purpose began to shift. I felt drawn toward work that reflected my true nature, and a deeper connection with myself. This path led me to become an integrated therapist and continues to shape the foundation of my work today with clients.

How I support you

I support adults who feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift.

This work is especially helpful for those who have been carrying stress, trauma, or relationship patterns for a long time and haven’t found lasting relief through insight or talk therapy alone.

I also support couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and feel more secure in their relationship.

When we feel safe, we can begin to explore who we are and what we need

I will help you notice what’s happening in your body, your emotions, and your patterns. From there, we can begin to gently process experiences, make sense of them, and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
